Technical Service
Technical Service has developed to support operator schedules and resolve technical difficulties. The technical service is available around the clock (7X24 hours, weekends and holidays included) for responding routine and urgent requests. The professional technical team offers solutions to support maintenance and flight operations, and provide quick responses to assist AOG conditions. Additional services are provided as follows:

On-line technical forum: It is provided for operators, repair stations, suppliers and OEMs to discuss aircraft technical difficulty issues and component discrepancies. The results of the corrective actions and solutions are published as a forum on the website.

Operator request actions: Operators reported technical difficulties through the proprietary communication system are tracked, processed, resolved and the results will be reported back to operator quickly.
3.
Technical solution database: The past and on-going technical issues and solutions are kept as database and it is available for viewing to all operators. The database is accessible through ACAC website.
4.
ACAC’s experienced, skilled engineering team is interactive with operators for solving technical problems, analyzing structural repairs, flight line fault isolations and troubleshooting. The end results are provided to operators timely and accurately.
