Operations Monitoring:
ARJ21 fleet monitoring system is used to monitor the airplane operations discrepancies which might have the potential impact to the whole fleet. The monitoring groups evaluate and analyze the collected data to correct the potential fleet problems for maintaining the fleet airworthiness, safety and reliability.
Components removal and operational data are provided by operators and suppliers for continuing airworthiness trend analysis. It will be used to forecast the systems reliability and maintainability. Operators use it to improve their fleet dispatch performance level and maintenance efficiency.
Maintenance Planning:
ACAC’s Maintenance planning Group develops and provides scheduled maintenance tasks for ARJ21 operators. The scheduled maintenance tasks are continuously updated and the purpose is to increase the availability and decreasing the maintenance costs of the aircraft. ACAC helps customers to know the maintenance requirements of their own aircraft and resolve the maintenance problems.
