ACAC sets up a versatile and highly efficient ARJ21 spares support system, which complies with the ATA 2000 specification and CAAC rules. The system can meet airlines’ spare demands and develop needs.
ARJ21 Spares Service Center is located at Shanghai, China. It provides spares support to all ARJ21 aircraft operators. The advanced, real-time digital spares operating system provides up-to-date, accurate and complete spares data and provision information, which allows airline customers to have a full view of the stock quantity, price and ordering status. The spares engineers assist airline customers with the customized estimates of components failure rate and the spares requirement forecast. The services also include recommendations on spare parts provision and ground support equipment requirements for ARJ21 operators based on their real-time operating environment.
The Spares Service Center is a customer oriented organization with world-class industry standard practices of parts stocking, ordering and shipping. The very goal of the spares center is to minimize the ARJ21 operators’ spares volume for reducing their operating cost. AOG service, normally take 4 hours or less from the ordering parts to be ready for shipping. All AOG spare part orders are handled, packed and delivered directly to the customer via express delivery service to make sure ARJ21 aircraft under normal operations.
